We are attempting to get to a point where we can close our request with a Santek notification of pick up within three or four business days. However, we have well over 1000 request hanging open that we need an update on. Please notify us if your request has not been satisfied so that we can send a complaint to Santek and resolve it. We are working with Santek in this system and hope to improve the amount of time it takes to open and close a request, especially with issues involving garbage and limbs and debris.
