Loud buzzing noise like you would hear when exiting a fire exit. Possibly coming from new lights installed in the parking lot. Appears to be in violation of city code. This noise happens on and off and most recently started last evening. It is 5:00 PM on April 10 and the noise is still occurring.

This noise has been happening most recently since about Sunday or Monday. In the past is has been periodic, but now is constant. It sounds like a very loud fluorescent light in a parking lot about to explode. It is electrical in nature. New parking lot lights that appear to be LED lights were installed at this property several months ago and this is when this noise began. It is very loud and can be heard a block away.
