There needs to be a green arrow for traffic turning left onto Piney Branch Road from Flower Branch Ave. This route is very busy, and during rush hour, only one or two cars make it through the light per cycle. There are typically 15 cars in queue. This means that some cars have to wait through three or four cycles... and each cycle is very long.
