Although the issue is now showing as closed on this website, know that it has been replaced with an active service request. Service request 2887 has been created in our internal work order system. According to our records, NW 63rd Way is not a county maintained roadway, which may mean that the retention area is also outside of our jurisdiction. If this proves to be correct, we will not be able to remove the deer.
