Description
Reporting Alex Alvarez for incompetence. He has been working on this property for some time and has done absolutely nothing to move this matter to correction. Or the other outstanding matter which has been active for over 2 years on this same property. In some instances they close one case and report it under a new case number. Guess to make up for not performing any work to move cases to closure. AA doesn't know all of the cases or ordinances that he is to be enforcing. This is evident when Alex Alvarez was ill and another inspector did the drive by and noted in this account the proper height and ordinance which addresses the complaint in this residence. It is a shame that my tax dollars go to pay for such incompetence. This is one reason why there is no respect for AA and others who are ill trained or just incompetent in doing their job descriptions. This property has been reported to various individuals in the City and it appears to fall on deaf ears. This home owner somehow convinced the N team to help her claiming she was not able to do work. I thought that N team performed work for elderly and people with low income. This is not the case here. So guess this is another hole in the City's ability to manage tax payers dollars. Just hoping to get someone's attention who actually know what it means to perform their job description and to be accountable to the tax paying citizens of this city.
