noticed a smell originally over a month ago. Kept getting worse so reportes to managment. rhey cam through and striped the carpeting out. the smell lessened for a week but I have noticed it more in the last couple days. It has caused me breathing problems and headaches. while walking out dogs I noticed the back door was opened and unlocked. I took dogs home and went in to investigate the source of the problem. that's when I found this cest pool you see in the pictures. I noticed wiring hanging down into the waste. I'm concerned since it was left open some of the neighborhood kids might go in and get sick.
