This address has had "trashy" appearance since last fall. Trash is regularly left out in front of the porch as well on the porch. We have called the landlord several times. This is not the only group of students who have lived in this house who have created a messy appearance in the front of the house. The landlord needs to do a better job of getting references. The neighborhood is lived in by 60 students and approx 21 longer term residents; many of the other rental houses are treated better by their student occupants.
