Is SEUNA encouraging the use of this site? It is becoming very popular in areas where we have a lot of "watchers" - one way to do this is simply to ask residents in the area to follow the watch area that you have set up. They can just go to http://www.seeclickfix.com/watch_area/1018 and click on "Follow Watch Area."
