Neglected property owned by an out of town Happy Valley based REAL ESTATE DEEVLOPER that has turned into an illegal dumping ground and a blighted property. Latest complaint from April 19th reads " People keep dumping mattresses on the sidewalk. They are being tossed off the sidewalk and into an empty grass lot - 2 feet away.You can't help but see 5 box springs and mattress... "
