Animal Control will lend traps if cats can be caught.

Thank you for the suggestion. We have tried to trap them, but that hasn’t worked.

One of my daughter fosters kittens through Chesapeake Feline Association where the capture feral cats, spay and neuter them and then either adopt them out or, if they are unadoptable (still feral after being cared for in a foster home), release them into local area farms where they do the farmers good with catching the rodents. Perhaps there is some place local to our area that operates much in the same fashion. ... Just an idea
