I had mentioned prior to this about the barely there crosswalk in front of the Jewish Cemetery on Lebanon St. & was told it wouldn't be repainted because there is no handicapped access. There are 6 crosswalks from the Mystic Valley Church to St. Josephs, on Salem St. 3 of them are not handicapped accessible. What would be the difference in repainting all the prior mentioned crosswalk? This makes no sense! Could there be another reason?
