A 4-way stop is what is desperately needed there! It is extremely dangerous to pull out from Regency Pkwy to N Lincoln when it is foggy. You can’t see what cars are coming and most of them are speeding. And when it’s not foggy the plants in the center divide make it very difficult to see vehicles. Also good luck trying to walk across N Lincoln from Regency Pkwy in the crosswalk. Very few cars if any stop for pedestrians or even slow down. I don’t know how many times I have almost been hit in the crosswalk just trying to walk across N Lincoln with my daughter to go to Conejo Park or take my dog on a walk. I also see kids sitting there waiting for a break in traffic to cross N Lincoln so they can go to school. A 4-way stop is needed

NO 4- way stop! signs arent going to fix bad driving, enforcement will.

The Commission concurred with staff on the recommendation to install "Cross Traffic Does Not Stop" plaques below the stop signs on Regency Parkway at the North Lincoln Street Intersection.
