This has been assigned to someone twice and still has not be resolves

Instead of reassigning to people on the chain, please can you inform me what action have you taken to clear this terrible sight in our neighborhood?

I just want to update you that property owner has been notified of the violation, and he will have donation box removed by tomorrow, 5/10/19.

There is a similar one at Garwood Way/Glenwood Ave in Menlo Park, 30 yards from the $800 per night Residence Inn ! I have reported this several times. Not an image we want to leave for our global visitors.
