说明
The placement of the traffic buckets at Adair and Atlanta is causing a hazardous condition.
First, during peak flow, the traffic (coming from downtown ATL) will back up on W Howard to turn right over the tracks, and block oncoming traffic, while oncoming traffic threads through to continue onward. I have seen this more than once so I don't think it is just one or two rogue drivers.
Second, it seems especially hazardous for traffic coming out from Adair to cross the tracks; the buckets don't allow enough room to turn left onto W Howard and then right onto Atlanta.
thanks!
