Description

Neighbor has approximately 6-8 dogs in backyard that constantly damage our fence. Due to poor maintenance of grass the dogs defacation penetrates onto our driveway and patio making it unbearable I sit outside or enjoy our property.
These homeowners do not share responsibility in paying half of the fence repairs even if damage is done by their dogs. Constant dog fighting, howling, and barking is an everyday nuisance. And the smell is unbearable.
