I noticed this the other day and forgot to report it. However I was also going to mention it appears that the sidewalk may be getting slippery from the continued possible discharge from a sump pump from the sheriffs office or some other drainage that should probably be evaluated on the east side of the viaduct I believe the sign is laying in that slimy looking water. Additionally on the southside of University near one of the new buildings about four blocks east of this there appears to be a tall street light that may or may not be coming loose at the base. It appeared to be tilted from about a block away but I did not get a chance to go look at it. I believe it was where Proctors’s restaurant equipment used to be.
