There is a dead tree on pedestrian overpass near the intersection of john st and eaton pl on staten island ny 10302. This tree is the responsibility of the Dept of Transportation. This tree has been leaning and has many dead trunks. Its a matter of time when this tree will come down on someone during a gusty wind storm.
