So they applied for a permit to expand the driveway and then just dumped gravel. To prevent sediment from going into the lake the driveway should be expanded with asphalt.
Must be a who you know situation. This had been reported for years with NO action.

In a previous SCF posting you reported that a permit was obtained. Thats the "work" Im referencing.
I can not find evidence of a permit on the Burlington Property Database.
