The Intersection of Providence Highway and Legacy Blvd is dangerous for those with a right green arrow leaving Legacy Place and turning on to Providence Highway. Those turning right have a green arrow but oftentimes drivers make a u turn on Providence Highway and nearly collide with those turning right. Please either make the U-turn illegal and enforce it, or delay the green arrow.
