Rose Street between Sacramento and MLK is becoming hazardous for bicyclists due to pot holes and ruts in the failing pavement.
Immediate attention is needed to fill potholes and ruts that can easily cause a fall for even the most cautious cyclists.

I've reported past potholes a few times.
