Description

The tree is fine but the 5 foot bushes surrounding it are a driving hazard (cars cannot see around them) a dumping area for trash and human feces. With all the roadwork being done in this area it would be a good time to remove these overgrown bushes and install ground cover around the tree. This area is a terrible eyesore!
