Side of the house

Hole in the west side of the house. You can see directly inside.

Back of the house. Numerous holes, definitely not securely boarded up.

The investor who bought & intended to flip this house is clearly not interested in keeping the property up. No work has been visibly done since 2017. Please do something to help get this hazardous structure taken care of.

Any update? We had a family of rats run from this house across our back patio last night. This is ridiculous.

Rehab structure in process was revised due to the property under new ownership, previous owner sold the property. Hearing date will be set up for new owner.

Property is uninhabitable at the time of the inspection - Do Not Occupy placard has been placed on the structure.

Property written up for rehab or demolition. Discussion for the property owner set to present plan of action for the property-hearing date set up letters issued with inspection report.

There’s not a “new owner”- it was just transferred to her LLC.

Rehab or Demolition file in process-Owner presented a plan of action to Code by having phone discussion- follow up inspection will be conducted for the property in a reasonable amount of time.

The owner consistently has crews working past 6pm during the week and also on Sundays. It is now 9:44pm on a school night, and my kid gets to try to sleep through construction noise. I will call the non emergency number (again, this has happened before.)

File closed due to property has been rehabbed and was in compliance at the time of the reinspection.
