Description

The alley behind my property will flood with every rain no matter how little because the alley is uneven and water collects right outside my back gate and floods my backyard. It needs to be graded with a slope out to 70th Avenue. I have additional pictures. Without proper drainage, the amount of flooding is going to rot my privacy fence in no time! It also is ruining my backyard which stays flooded sometimes for two to three days. Could someone please come grade the alley and make the flooding problem go away? Thank you.
