during the day and early evening loud music with vulgar lyrics just blasting from inside of property where young children live--occupants of property have no respect for elderly residents who live on same street who are not able to sit outside or keep their windows open while the music is playing-----

attempts to talk to occupants do nothing and contacting authorities is useless
