This is not from storms There is some kind of leak from the property at 7031 Pindell School Rd. Either lawn sprinkler system leak or sewer maybe?

Good morning user TimberCrest, I have spoke with the property owner and per our conversation, his private water system was checked and found to be in good condition. Additionally the storm drain system was checked up the street and across the street and it also was functioning as designed. The property seems to be on well and septic, so there are no leaks from the County infrastructure. This appears to be ground water. This is becoming more common in the past three years.
