Richard may have a point. I believe that there should be an opening between the "Quest" Building and the Hospital. Many people need to be in either one and realize they are not so they drive from one driveway to the other on the west bound shoulder of Rt 88.(in either direction). There also should be a left hand turning lane travelling eastbound at the Hospital entrance. I have witnessed vehicles entering that lake on the shoulder at high rates of speed and loosing control especially when it is partially frozen!
