The owner is putting siding over completely rotten wood.

The structure will be unsafe for inhabiting as only cosmetic work is being done. The permit department should check this carefully.

The owners only work on it on weekends to avoid the codes people

Now they have changed where the door is and added steps. There is no permit

Again... this home remains in complete disrepair. The owners stop by to collect mail. The structure of the home has been changed. Look at the original picture that was posted and compare that to the home now. All of the green siding has been placed over rotted wood. Their intention is to try and sell it as is.

This boat is now being stored on this property.
