Description
I received a phone call from a neighbor telling me that once again the individual driving the Parking Enforcement vehicle which precedes the street cleaner has allowed a Escalade owned by the Jones - Jefferson family residing at 9 McAdoo to block the street cleaner on the corner of Parnell and McAdoo. I fully understand this individuals frustration. She tells me that she has to move her vehicle for street cleaning and when she has neglected to do so was rightfully issued a ticket. No exceptions. This is the second time I have issued a report concerning the same vehicle not being issued a summons. Once again the vehicle is a Black Escalade, 2013-2014. Five months overdue for inspection, flat tire, and although uninspected is operated on residential streets. During my last report I was told that a parking enforcement supervisor would look into the reasoning on why this vehicle does not receive tickets. The owner of the Escalade runs a daycare center out of her home. Is it possible that the enforcement officer is a client?

A. Other (explain below)
A. Street cleaning. Parking Enforcement employee procedeing the street cleaner on McAdoo Ave between Parnell Pl. and Rose Ave on 5/16/2017 at 1:40 P.M. (time confirmed by surveilence camera) consistently fails to issue parking summons for street cleaning violation to the same individual and same vehicle. This is a second notice that this employee is providing preferential treatment to a vehicle owner.
