I tried to report this via the app so I could include a picture. The tree is not dead. Branches are overhanging the street and drooping down to about five feet off the pavement which impede the trash and recycle trucks. The location is about 50 before the stop sign at Howes Lane. There are also branches near the cul de sac that also protrude into the street.
