Tree pruned 5-23-2019

Underlying issue not addressed. Top of tree was not pruned because of illegally parked vehicle preventing access. The top of the tree is still hitting utility lines. In effort to close the ticket, workers cut 2 lower level branches on the street side which were unnecessary. Requesting re-evaluation.

Correction: 2 sidewalk side branches, not 2 street side branches.
