When travelling East on Rt 173 and stopped at Burden Rd, the sun in the morning effects the camera for westbound traffic. It causes the Left Turn lane arrow (for traffic turning into Forest Hills Lodge) to remain on for its entire cycle. Even if there are no cars waiting. Creates a backup and people often just go through the Red Light.
