There's clear glass (maybe from a picture frame) on the side of the road opposite the parking lot for Howard Center. It's next to the beginning of the circ highway (i.e. the road to nowhere). It's near a metal post. We walk here often bc it's near the entry to the bike path and the sidewalk (other side of the street) has ended.
