Description

Don't know if this is the appropriate place for my complaint, but at around 6pm tonight I was walking along Oak Street NE and a car parked in the driveway of this home totally blocked the sidewalk. To be fair, I am able-bodied and can easily make my way around the car, but someone with a walker or wheelchair would at the least be inconvenience, and possibly have to turn around or make a dangerous maneuver.

Is blocking a sidewalk in this way illegal?
