This is my 3rd request. Vulgar graffiti in white spray paint on blacktop. Poplar St. @ alley between 34th Ave NE & 35th Ave NE. My 1st & 2nd requests have been acknowledged, but graffiti remains. Children pass this on way to Crisp Park playground. Thankyou.
