  The Department of Traffic & Parking will begin painting lane lines, lane arrows, and crosswalks citywide within the next two weeks. They did advise that their is an upright sign per safety standards indicating the turn only lane as painted arrows can not be seen in the winter.

  Thanks. The painted arrows are MUCH more noticeable than that small sign (particularly for 3 seasons!). Many cars unfamiliar with the intersection now use the left lane to continue straight across.
