live at 6202 Sebring Dr, Columbia, MD, 21044. There is an area of frequent and long-lasting standing water along Sebring Drive, on the county easement adjacent to my property. It has been a problem for many years now, and grows worse each time the road is resurfaced, as the water no longer flows across the road to the drainage ditch on the east side of the road. The area is roughly 10 feet wide by 40 feet long. No grass will grow, and it serves as a mosquito nest.
