the flooding in this area is TERRIBLE..the mayor has been contacted many times, and nothing seems to get done. we all keep being told this is wet land, well the land use to get little puddles here and there but since they raised chappell street up and since they allowed the HUGE house to be built, which was raised also, all the land owners property towards phillips street gets FLOODED REALLY BAD.

To whom it may concern,
The flooding on the North side has been an issue forever. The resurfacing of Chappel St. did not cause the flooding to change as did the building of
the house . The major contributor to our flooding is that all the south side run off comes right through the north side system. The pipes on our side of the city are small and under sized to accept major storm run off.
To replace this pipes would be a major exspense to us at this time . I will raise your concerns again to the present admin.
