Traffic requests are reviewed by the City’s Traffic Advisory Committee (TAC). To have your request reviewed by TAC, please provide your contact information and a full description of the traffic issue through either a TAC request form or SeeClickFix request. Please use the following link to download the TAC Request form, http://www.ssf.net/home/showdocument?id=8796. Complete the TAC Request form with all the appropriate information. Return the completed TAC Request form to the Engineering Division via fax, mail, or drop it off at our counter located at 315 Maple Avenue, South San Francisco, CA 94080. Alternatively, please submit a new SeeClickFix request with the appropriate information.
