Q. Please describe the issue
A. The individual brags about all the coupons that she buys online (illegal) obtains an insane amount of product for free or extremely discounted via purchased coupons. She then advertises through Facebook she is having a sale at her private residence. She is not zoned commercially and holds no permits to be selling anything from her home. This hurts local businesses. The proper taxes are not being collected from her reselling.
