All along the east and south edges of the park the sidewalk is riddled with gang grffiti. One of them was a death threat. I did call the street and parks department last week. The man I spoke to asked ME how to get the paint off. I was getting irritated at the 'who cares attitude' and told him to try a power washer. Then states "Where am I supposed to get that?"
