Description

exit on Willow Road from 101 south direction is now a bottle neck. Traffic light stays green long enough for 4-5 cars to pass then changes to red almost immediately. The traffic jam on this exit is now an extreme bottleneck. The traffic light timing needs to be adjusted. And one lane exit that turns into four lanes at the traffic light is a bottleneck design. Please add a second lane for exit at Willow. There is plenty of room for second lane exit. The paint lines just need to be adjusted.
