Absolute waste of city time.

@Terri We live in a city. The city has codes. This resident should simply show respect to their neighbors by complying with the current codes. Don't like the code? Get it changed. simple

SLOMOGO- Learn the code, this resident is also not in the ROW. This street was converted many years ago TO AN ALLEY. Notice how the roadway narrows. They are parked IN THEIR YARD. Behind the front face of the house, they are legally parked. You should respect their right to park in real estate they pay taxes on and stop turning in all your neighbors who park in the side yard. You also turned in the residents on 74th St, who most also are legally parked and NOT on the ROW.

@TERRI The road does not narrow until south of 4th ave no. It is a named street. You are incorrect about 74th st also. I will continue to work to make the neighborhood I have a huge investment in be it's best. If I wanted to live where people did not maintain their properties and preserve their home value, I would have moved into a different neighborhood ..... BTW, I was a instrument man on a survey crew for several years right here in Pinellas county.

This vehicle is legally parked in the rear of the house. Learn the codes and what is technical and legal. Survey crew? So what, you don't know the legal definitions. You have turned in this property at least 3 times- that means the city came to look at it at least 3 trips EACH. The city has now looked at this property at least 9 times. 9 TIMES!! You are wasting city resources. I also have a huge investment in this neighborhood.
