  This is at Park and Sherman Streets, by Battery Park. The app kept changing the address back to 83 Peru St for some reason. And I've learned that if you go back to change some of the earlier info, like the address, you lose everything you did after - one of the many reasons this should not be the only way the City wants to take feedback.

  Agreed. There are many places along north ave where the bike lanes are unusable due to ponding for days after any significant rainfall. You can tell where the worst ones are right now because the striping contractor just skipped repainting the lanes this spring because of the water.
  There needs to be some sort of mechanism to hold the contractors accountable for proper drainage when repaving is done. Even if it’s in the contract specs it’s obviously. It being enforced.

  DPW is planning to have the curb ramps at this intersection replaced this season by the paving contractor. They were found to be extremely low when we were marking out the limits of work and added to the work at the last minute and could not be completed in between the milling of the pavement and the paving activities.

  cburch - DPW is in the process of reviewing drainage on North Ave near the Hannafords Plaza area in an effort to address the concerns ahead of our paving plans for that street either late in 2020 or early 2021 when that work occurs. Drainage challenges on our flat streets is an ongoing issue. If you have more questions about that work please reach out to DPW directly to discuss or open an request under the 'request for information' category so that it can be discussed in that section on SCF and not under an active repair request. Thank you!

  You are receiving this message because you have previously (or perhaps just now) submitted a request on SeeClickFix. We're excited to let you know that we are now implementing a comprehensive asset management program which is a mostly "behind the scenes" effort. This will enable more efficient, more effective and more fiscally sound infrastructure management. Nothing changes for you and we'll continue to use SeeClickFix, but we have had to automate a process to connect our open SCF requests with our asset management program. There may be the occasional bug to work out, but rest assured that your issue is still in queue and assigned to the right City staffer. Once this initial round of automation is through in about a week, we'll revert back to our standard messages on SeeClickFix.
