Description

There is poison ivy all over the telephone pole on blake st near the corner of fitch. The poison ivy is out of control.

you can defoliate the plant repeatedly (in Spring) spray it with vinegar (least toxic), or cut the vine completely, near the base, and spray or brush on Roundup (most toxic, but probably most effective), or find someone who is not allergic to poison ivy, and have that person dig the plant out, removing all of the roots...

What is the pole number? I imagine UI or AT&T - whoever owns the pole - would be responsible for maintaining this. They need to pull it out by the roots and probably spray as well to truly eradicate it.
