Description

The storm drain at the corner of Walnut & 2nd St. appears to be clogged. The water backs up on Walnut St. & gathers in the curb area in front of the offices for Christ Episcopal Church. The dirt and gravel collected at the curbing needs to be cleaned out as it seems to retain the water, leaving an eternal puddle in front of the offices. When there is a heavy rain, water comes over the sidewalk where the storm drain is located.
