Beschreibung
The yard (back and front) of 138 38th St S is in a deplorable condition. There are constantly rats, snakes, and roaches crawling out of the junk laying around the house. There are old cars that look like they haven't been moved in 20+ years, old moldy toys, overgrown trees, a falling fence, and disgusting smells coming from the yard. Something needs to be done about this place.
