Where is the inspector of this project? Why each time when we have newly paved roads you allow some company to come and ruin it for us? The inspector should be on their backs from day one to make sure that the cut out pieces are paved evenly with the old pavements and not sunken in. I don’t know why Chelsea pays this inspector for poor performance and our taxes pay for this poorly done job! Fix the roads and get rid of your inspector or issue better training! We are expecting to have this payment fixed ASAP!
