The water runoff outlet is located at the stone swale that was created last year. By privately installing bark mulch along the roadway and creating an earth berm, it prohibits the runoff from getting to where it needs to go.
We will send a crew out again to remove the mulch and earth berm where the low point is located so that it will address the problem.

We looked at this yesterday and did notice that the issue seems to run along the entire detention basin that is out there. We will look further into this matter and see if we can find an outlet for the water. Thank you
