There is a work order to replace the asphalt from the water service line repair that was made per DeKalb County Watershed.

A prioritized work order is in place for this issue. Repairs will take place according to their priority. Thank you for your patience.

City of Dunwoody. When I called Dekalb about the broken sprinkler they told me they do not repair sprinkler systems even if they break them. The last time this happened the city of Dunwoody repaired the sprinkler system. Please tell me how to proceed. Dekalb told me to call Bryan who is the customer service person but he never called back. Side note, I am fairly certain the sprinkler system is leaking along the sidewalk on Chamblee Dunwoody road near the intersection of valley view road. You can see water near the sidewalk that never goes away. If my water bill is extremely high I am not going to pay that bill due to the county breaking the sprinkler pipes. Please advise.

Hello again. I checked this morning and there is a leak at the intersection of valley view road and Chamblee Dunwoody. Can someone please check it out. This is in addition to all of the other leaks I reported already.

I have reported this to DWM on your behalf. Please direct your inquiries directly to them @ 770.270.6243.
We will not be repairing the sprinkler system that they may have damaged. If you incur a larger than normal water bill; once the leak is repaired, they may consider a leak adjustment. Again, please call them directly.

Hello, so some of the sidewalk was repaired. The corner of valley view road and Chamblee Dunwoody still has not been repairs. This is the same area that my sprinkler was damaged. I cannot get my sprinkler repaired until the sidewalk is fixed. Please let me know. Thx Scott 678-736-3357
