Please call the Hyattsville Police Department any time you observe the speeding or passing happening. They are constantly adjusting patrols and police presence based on the calls that they receive.
As far as additional traffic calming. Jefferson was one of the streets identified as needing work in the Transportation Study. The City in just now beginning the planning process for the various projects identified by the Transportation Study. Please be on the look out for additional information and public meetings to discuss the various projects.
